My husband and I worked with Rachael to buy our first home. She was absolutely spectacular! Buying a home for the first time is confusing, overwhelming, and downright terrifying. Rachael was great at explaining things and giving advice. She was extremely responsive via text, call, and email at all hours of the day and even on holidays. I appreciated how much she helped make sure we did everything we needed to before the various deadlines. Unfortunately we were impacted by the Marshall fire and, put simply, our brains turned to mush for awhile there and we felt disorganized because we had no internet or cell service for many days. We nearly missed a signing deadline but Rachael called us at 10 at night to remind us! Overall, Rachael was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I truly enjoyed working with her.
